1. Acceptance

By using GemImg, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The service is provided “as is” without warranty.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate account info and keep credentials secure. Sharing access is prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or repeated policy violations.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must own or have rights to content you upload.
• Forbidden: unlawful content; harassment; biometric identification; surveillance; medical diagnosis; misinformation; copyright infringement; scraping; rate-limit or credit evasion.
• Generated URLs can expire; re-generation may consume additional credits.

4. Credits & Billing

• Credits are required for generation. Deductions occur per request; failed requests may still count if the model is invoked.
• Invites and promotions grant bonus credits as stated at the time of offer.

5. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features, adjust limits, or change pricing. Material changes will be posted on the site.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GemImg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Takedowns & Disputes

Report infringement or policy issues to pm@vibemanager.net with evidence. We may disable access to offending content or accounts.
