AI Acceptable Use & Safety

1. Scope

These rules govern how you use AI features provided by GemImg and its model providers.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Biometric identification, surveillance, facial recognition, or tracking.
• Medical diagnosis, triage, or any safety-critical decision-making.
• Harassment, abuse, misinformation, deepfakes meant to mislead, or illegal content.
• Copyright or trademark infringement; uploading content you do not own or control.

3. Output Quality & Responsibility

• Outputs are machine-generated and may be inaccurate. Human review is required for critical use cases.
• Generated URLs may expire; re-generation can consume additional credits.
• You are responsible for downstream use and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Safety & Abuse Controls

• Rate limits and credit checks apply. Abuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
• We may block prompts or content that violate provider or platform policies.

5. Reporting

Report safety or abuse concerns to pm@vibemanager.net with details and reproduction steps. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
